Savingsathi is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure digital environment for all users, especially children. We strictly comply with Google Play Child Safety Standards and take proactive steps to prevent child abuse, exploitation, exposure to inappropriate content, and unsafe interactions on our platform.
2. Scope & Applicability
- Users under the age of 18 (“Children”)
- Parents and legal guardians
- All Savingsathi employees, developers, moderators, and administrators
3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication involving minors
- Creation, sharing, storage, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any activity that harms a child’s physical, emotional, or psychological well-being
Any such violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities, as required by law.
4. Age-Appropriate Content & Ads
- Content remains family-safe and age-appropriate
- Explicit, sexual, violent, hateful, or harmful content is strictly prohibited
- Advertisements (if applicable) comply with Google Play Families Ads Program
- No promotion of alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or adult services is shown to children
5. Children’s Data Privacy & Protection
Savingsathi complies with all applicable child data protection regulations, including Google Play Families Policy, COPPA (where applicable), and relevant Indian and international laws.
- Only minimum necessary data is collected
- Children’s data is never sold or misused
- Strong security measures, encryption, and access controls are implemented
- Parental consent is obtained wherever legally required
6. Communication & Interaction Safeguards
- Restricted and monitored communication features
- Anonymous adult-to-child interactions are not allowed
- Private communication safeguarded through moderation systems
- Automated and human review tools detect violations
7. Reporting, Blocking & Grievance Mechanism
Users can report inappropriate content or child safety concerns via:
